Fir Tree Loft is situated in Holbrook, Suffolk on the Shotley Peninsula.  Holbrook is only 4 miles from Ipswich and within easy reach of the A12 & A14.  We are 80 miles from London and 60 miles from Cambridge.

We are only 15 minutes by car to Flatford and East Bergholt and famous Constable Country.

The Suffolk coast is also close by with Felixstowe 20 minutes away and Aldeburgh and Southwold within an hours drive.

5 minutes drive from both Royal Harwich Yacht Club & Alton Water.

10 minutes from Suffolk Foodhall and Jimmy's Farm.

Walking distance to Royal Hospital School.

Close to Holbrook Creek with lots of lovely walking routes. We are also situated on the South Suffolk Cycle Route.

Local amenities include a Co-op convenience store and butchers in the village. There are also two village pubs; The Compasses and The Swan, both of which serve food. All within 1/2 mile of Fir Tree Loft.

There are lots of local leaflets available to look at in the loft and we are always happy to make suggestions for places to visit.
