Property details

The accommodation is situated on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase.  There is one bedroom and one sofa bed so can sleep up to 4 people.

Bed 1: King sized bed, hanging space and shelves

Shower room: shower cubicle, washbasin, WC & large heated towel rail

Open plan kitchen/living

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with Fan oven/grill, induction hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, slimline dishwasher.  Tea and coffee also supplied.

Lounge: Smart TV, table, chairs, L-shape sofa bed (converts to king sized bed with mattress topper provided)

Heating: electric

Garden: Lawn area and covered patio with garden furniture

Parking: plenty of space for 2 cars

Secure storage can be provided for bikes on request

Wifi

All bed linen and towels provided.  A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
